Directions:  
Heat the avocado oil in medium skillet.

Stir fry the carrot, green onion, peas and red cabbage till the cabbage is wilted

Remove skillet from heat and add the brown rice, dried cranberries and fresh cilantro.

Stir in the cucumber and chili.  Season with salt and pepper.
