Directions:  
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F
Bake 25-30 minutes

slice cauliflower 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick, spray both sides with pam olive oil
top with salt and pepper, thyme, paprika
place foil on a sheet pan, add the prepared cauliflower, place in the oven
when cauliflower is done roasting turn off oven, top with the swiss cheese
Poach the egg, slice the orange
plate the cauliflower and cheese, top with the poached egg
add a pinch of the parsley and ground black pepper, place orange slices to the side of plate
