Directions:  
preheat oven to 375 degrees.
crack eggs placing into a medium size mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the nutmeg.
pour this mixture into a 9-inch baking pie pan, top with nutmeg.
bake for 35-45 minutes test with a toothpick when inserted into the pie it will be done when the toothpick has no food particles attached to it. cool on the counter then cover with wrap and refrigerate awesome flavors
