Directions:  
Preheat over to 425.

Put 1 T. butter in special Swedish pancake pan and melt in oven. Mix first 4 ingredients with whisk. Pour into pan and bake for 10 min.

Then turn heat down to 350 and bake 15-17 min more, until pancake is brown and puffy.

If reducing quantity, cooking time may need to be reduced.

It will fall quickly, so try to show it to the family the moment it comes out of the oven!
