Instructions: 
START: Stand tall with your arms at your sides.

MOVEMENT: Step forward with your left leg, then lift your right ankle toward your butt, grasping it with your right hand. Make sure your right knee is pointing down to the ground. Pull your ankle as close to your butt as you can. Squeeze your right glute and push your hips forward. Pause, and then release your ankle and step forward with your right leg. Repeat by raising your left ankle. Do 10 reps with each leg.
