Yoga Level 1: Standing Forward Bend

Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Begin standing in Mountain Pose.

Inhale: Bring your arms overhead in parallel with the palms facing each other.

Exhale: Fold at the hip, bringing your upper body toward the floor.

Your knees can be slightly bent, pointing over the toes.

If you can reach the floor, place your hands on either side of your feet with fingers pointing back. You can also rest your fingertips on the floor or fold your arms.

Release your neck and let your head to hang down.

Hold this pose for 3 - 5 breaths.
