Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions:
The victorious breath can be used while performing yoga asanas (poses) as well as during meditation.

To create a balanced, steady breath bring your attention to the upper part of the back of your throat. Creating a little pressure in the back of the throat will cause the breath to make a slight hissing sound on the in and out breaths.

Breathe in and out through your nose.

Use this type of breathing to increase awareness and control of the breath.

Instructions written by Marguerite Ogle.
