From the creator: Instead of waiting until New Years Day, start losing the pounds and inches now before gaining over Christmas break! Keep track of your inches through your waist, hips, and thighs and of course your weight too. The person with the most inches lost and most body % lost by lbs lost will be the winner. I'm looking to tone up and lose lbs and I'm very competitive so I figured this would be a good motivator for me:) Join in on this challenge with me!
