I came across this site by pure chance. It's free, easy to use and allows me to have my very own blog?! Too good to be true. Well, today started with Quaker Brown Sugar Oatmeal (130 cals), with 1/2 a cup of granola (120 cals). I went to the gym with my husband directly after that and completed P90X's Ab Ripper X, only I stopped at 15 reps while my beastly husband didn't stop until 25 were done! After that I did a few different assisted pull ups (there are so many varieties) and dips. I ended the hour with a half mile run, and half mile recovery. And burned 90 calories, yay! When I came home I had my protein drink (100 cals). It was supposed to be 200 calories with 16g of protein but I couldn't finish it all and I started to feel sort of sick. It's sad to waste things but I really, really did try to down it. It wasn't working. After that I had a roll up; 1 flour tortilla (170), 1 tbsp Mayo (90), 1 bologna (100) and lettuce. But, I couldn't finish that either. I ate about 3/4 of it though so about 270 calories. After that I struggled through two more work-outs: Pop Pilates: Heart Throbber & Pop Pilates: Body Slimming Work-out. I encourage you guys to check them out on YouTube. They kick butt. Now I'm relaxing a bit. I took a shower, and put on some PJ's even though it's only 5pm now. My husband is working late tonight and won't be home until around 11pm. So, it's quiet and peaceful. I'm going to clean - scrub the toilet, bathtub and shower a little later. I may go down to the pool because I need a tan. Ah, I'm rambling, geez. Dinner tonight is going to be 1 cup of rice (usually 100 - 110 cals), and as much as I want of summer squash (1 cup = 70 cals). At least they're good calories. I never eat butter or salt with anything, btw. And, if I get hungry later on, or need a little snack, or feel like snacking I'm allowing myself a 50 calorie frozen fruit bar! Yum. Alright, happy dieters, keep it up!
