Calories Burned:  402 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions:
Elliptical program- sprint for 30 seconds at high resistance, rest for 30 seconds. Do 5 sets, then three minute rest period

Exercise Comments

I do a split routine on the elliptical, where I warm up for five minutes, sprint for 1.min 20 seconds, rest for 40 seconds, then sprint again for 1 min. I repeat this for a total of 20 min. The elliptical machine at the gym, only calculates the time I spend and not the extra exertion. Is there a way to calculate the extra effort. Please help.
