Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Instructions: 

Grab a foam roller and get into a plank position with your ankles resting on it. If you don't have a foam roller, put your feet on towels on a wood floor. From the plank, slide your feet back as far as you can while keeping your body straight. Then slide back to the start position.
