Calories Burned:  276 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions:
This is an OnDemand Workout video that incorporates fast-paced walking with extra moves to optimize fitness. Leslie mentions that her videos can, on average, burn 100 calories per mile. That is how I measured this. 100 calories per mile due to the 3.5-4.0 walk paired with knee lifts, side steps, kick-backs, and arm movements.

I love doing her walking video. And I think she is great.. Love the laughs and cute giggles thruout the workout.. I mean, after all, it IS just walking. Granted, your heart rate goes up, and your muscles get used, and your breathing comes a bit quicker - its definitely a workout, and a good cardio! Love it!

I like Leslie Sansone walking. I have been using it for the past two weeks and I really enjoy it. I normally walk outdoors for 2 miles but when I can't get out I do Leslie's workout and so I don't feel like I've missed anything.
