Calories Burned:  318 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
This is the Running Mate Media program (similar to the c25k). Week 7.2 is a supplement to Week 8, which is a full 30 minute run without stopping. During week 7.2, you jog/run at a comfortable pace for 20 mins, brisk walk for 5 mins, and repeat. 

Depending on your weight and how fast you are, calories burned and distance covered will vary. I recommend going to healthstatus' website to get a calorie burned total.
