Calories Burned:  667 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds non-stop (as many reps as possible) with 15 seconds between exercises.  Try for two complete circuits (should take about 47 minutes if you take a 5 minute break between circuits.

Exercises:

Dumbell pushup to T-up

Kettlebell swings

Jump split lunge

Bent over rows

Kettlebell/dumbell side lunge (right side)

Kettlebell/dumbell side lunge (left side)

Renegade row (with pushup between rows)

Dumbell lunge with twist

Dumbell push press

Decline pushups

Mountain Climbers

Pullups

Plank hold

Side plank hold (right side)

Side plank hold (left side)

Dips

Goblet Squat

Whew! That is one circuit, now take a 5 min break and do it all over again!
