Calories Burned:  716 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Walk for a few minutes at 3.5 speed with 5 incline. Jog at 3.0 incline for 10 minutes. Walk at 4.0 speed increasing incline every 3 minutes from 7.0 to 11.0. Gradually decrease incline every 1-2 minutes and complete the 30 minute workout with a jog at 3.0 incline and 5.4 speed.
