Triceps

This stretch targets the triceps while also producing a mild stretch of the shoulders and lat muscles of the back.

 1. Stand erect with your arms overhead and bent at the elbows.

 2. Grab one elbow and gently pull it toward the back of your head until you feel a stretch in the back of the upper arm.

 3. Hold the stretch for ten seconds. Release for a few seconds, then perform a secondary stretch for about twenty seconds.

 4. You can extend this stretch down through your shoulder and back by leaning sideways slightly in the direction that you’re pulling your elbow.

 5. Repeat this stretch with your other arm.
