Instructions: 

Start: Attach a straight bar to the high pulley of a cable station. Bend your arms to a 90-degree angle and grab the bar with an overhand grip, your hands shoulder-width apart. Stand straight, with your upper arms tucked against your sides. Keep your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent.

Movement: Without moving your upper arms push the bar down until your arms are straight, keep your upper arms against your sides the entire time. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
