Calories Burned:  971 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Have fun utilizing the Curves Circuit training for all muscles groups while enjoying the exhilerating Zumba dance and toning moves in between your machine excercises. 

1 minute intervals for both machines and for dance.  Class last for 30 minutes with a 4-5 min stretch at the end.  Fabulous!

300-700+ calories in only 30min!!
