This is ONLY accurate to the pinch. FitClick's measurement system has a dash confused with a pinch. FitClick's measurement system translates a pinch as equivalent to 1/8 tsp, but that's the dash! So to get the pinch RIGHT on this one makes all the other measurements WRONG.

According to http://www.accuracyproject.org/pinchdash.html -
A dash equals 1/8 tsp, whereas a pinch is half a dash. (A smidgen is half a pinch.)
So a dash should supply 12% daily value, whereas a pinch should supply only 6%.
