Anyone else out there working on losing 50 Lbs?
I remember someone saying don't shoot for 50 shoot for 5, then 5 more. I suppose you can equate it to eating the elephant, one bite at a time-no pun intended. How is it even possible that I have lost 27 lbs. I remember my first day on here, and it is amazing to me I have come this far, but I don't want to get complacent, and stop. Any wise words from any "big losers" LOL!

Okay I will talk to myself-
Yes Cutcarb(having a bit of fun here), Hi I too am working on losing 50 LBS-hence the name of the board. Well as you know I have lost weight before, but what I am doing differently now, is keeping track of everything I eat, the good the bad and the ugly...sometimes I regret all my mistakes of the past, but now realize it's never too late to change. And The Most important advice we can receive is from our SELVES...just need to listen.

And I've just today found the support boards. I'm at 212 and looking to drop to 150, where my body should be. We can do it! I've been recording most of everything too, except when i can't find the item on here and don't know the nutrition label, like my grandmother's homemade cake. I didn't record two dinners in a row, due to that and lots of food. But even not knowing EXACTLY how much I went over my goals, the guilt weighs, so I'm even more selective now. Instead of reaching for a granola bar or snack food, I get up and drink a glass of water and then clean a little bit. Soon enough I get caught up in cleaning and hours have gone by :)

Good For YOU!
Sometimes I have to create a receipe just to make my tracking easier. You could always get the receipe from your GM and enter it to get exact totals. I know some don't track every single food they eat, but I sure do. I have also found many do not eat their total calorie allotment, which baffles me, b/c doing that can actually cause weight plateaus and stagnation. Hope you are doing well. Yes we can do it! And ARE doing it!

Actually I am working on decreasing my weight up to my required level that is of losing 75 lbs. One should visit https://www.edugeeksclub.com/research-paper/ source for help in essays online. So far, I have not desired results but I have not lost my hope and I am still determined to complete it on any cost.

I could answer your question if I knew how to convert kg to lbs. It seems funny but this is the truth. This system is not very convenient for us. I can't wait for the moment when the whole world uses the only metric system. It will ease our life significantly.

A year ago, I weighed about 120 kilograms. I really wanted to lose weight, but only training did not help me, then I found out about the michael thurmond diet. The result was not long in coming. Within 6 weeks after starting the diet and exercising effectively, it took me 10 kilograms.
