Entering a workout
Why wont the workout tracker allow me to input the actuals into a workout tracker. If I try to enter the actual number of reps and/or time into a workout from the workout Im currently using or copy a day, I am unable to enter the number of reps and/or time of my workout for that day. Whats the use of having the information already there if I cant update it to reflect calorie burns. Can someone please help me out?

What if...
What if you "add an exercise" - can you edit the actuals for the newly added exercise?
When I made a workout - I think I did something wrong and I can't seem to edit some of my actuals for them - but I can if I re-add them manually.
I think leaving it blank in the workout template might have caused this problem for me.

Water
Hi,
You should be able to add water as a food to each meal in the diet tracker - then you can track how much you are drinking by adjusting the ounces drank as you drink them.

Entering a workout
If you are using the Firefox browser, it does not work well with this board. I had to switch to Internet Explorer. Once I did that, all my problems disappeared except my weight.

RE: Moonseer/Tracking Workouts
You must submit results for your previously assigned workouts before you can submit results for the current date. When logging into your profile, you have unsubmitted workouts from October 23-28. You must submit these workouts in sequential order before you will be allowed to enter your "actual" values for your workout on the 29th. Once you submit the workouts, the calories burned will appear on your tracker and be reflected on your My Progress page.

Re: joallen1989/adding water
How are you going about adding water? If you click 'add a food' and search for "water," select the FitClick Food listing, and add the corresponding number of cups consumed. The result should then be reflected in your diet score card.
