Recovery ideas
I'm looking for ideas to recovery from my workout.
My heart rate is usually from 140 to 155 bpm for 20 min. to 35 min.

I'm very tired and have no energy .

Please send me ideas that you guys have tried and currently using.

How Long
How long have you been working out? When I first started my heart rate was really high but within a month it was in the fat burning zone and also recovered to a lower rate within minutes when I was not pushing it.

Check with your doctor to make sure you have no problems.

RECOVERY IDEAS
I have working out for the last 6 month,my heart rate is always high
because of the intensity of the workout.I do functional crossfit.

My doctor said my heart rate is ok.

But I need to recover right away so I can workout daily .

Please send me ideas on how to recover quickly using supplements or
food.
