Trying to stay in HR zone
Beautiful day down here in the south so I decided to ride my bike but found it really hard to stay in my HR zone for my age group...It felt like I was riding in slow motion.... Is it going to hurt me to ride at a higher pace for a longer period?

Enjoy your training
Don't worry your body will let you know remember it's an average number just don't over do it like 1891 said. If you look after yourself eat a ballance meals you can push yourself a little. Things that let you know your over doing it. Short on breath, dizziness, chest pain just be aware of what your body is telling you and enjoy your training.

Good Advice
Hi donnasim

freakfreeloader and 8191 are giving good advice. You may also want to check with your doctor because he/she knows any health issues you may have.
