First night without midnight munchies
So far am doing well. I made it to 11pm and I have stayed within my calorie intake range with twenty calories to spare. I feel so proud of myself but am soooooo tempted to have a bowel of ice cream b4 bed. I had a fudge bar instead for only 45 calories. It helped but I don't know if I want to eat the ice cream to derail my progress or if it just soothes me enough to fall asleep.

I have seen you on for awhile. How are you doing?
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. Come 9pm I start binging. Last week I eat a half gal of vanilla ice cream in one sitting. I guess the good thing I can say about that is I"M NOT A binger.
Hang in there. I take it one night at a time. If I screw up one night. I'll will try not to the next.

late eating
always a problem for me.
I try to at least keep it healthy and limit my eating.

Don't worry
eat a ton in the morning, then taper down so that you eat NOTHING after 5 pm...except a piece of fruit and tea. Guarantee you will stop night eating.

Lots of successful weight loss stories include,
balancing blood glucose. That is what usually triggers a binge or a tendancy to over eat and to eat at least opportune time.
