Bacon-wrapped chicken breast with asparagus

1/2  cup		mayonnaise
1/2  cup		chopped parsley
3		garlic cloves
4		chicken breasts
16		asparagus spears
8  slices		cheddar
16  slices		bacon

Combine mayonnaise , parsley, and garlic in bowl. Refrigerate.
Butterfly chicken breasts.
Coat one side of open breast with 2 tbsp. of the mayonnaise mixture. Top with 2 slices of the cheese, then the other half of the chicken breast. Lay stuffed breast on top of 4 asparagus spears, and wrap with 4 bacon slices. Lay in greased baking pan. Bake in 425º oven 20-25 minutes, brushing with some of the drippings when about half baked. Broil 1-3 minutes to crisp bacon.
