Directions:  
Chop lettuce, cabbage, & carrot-mix together, add items at time of serving**
**I add balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar & 1/2 T spicy less fat Good Seasons Italian. I make 4-5 times recipe base (romaine, red cabbage and carrot) of this, and add the other things just before eating. I keep it in the fridge in a rectangular plastic lidded container with double paper towel on the bottom and a single paper towel on the top. It stays fresh for 5-6 days.****
