Directions:  
cut up potatoes, carrots, celery and onion into small chunks
cook the onion in veg. oil until soft
add other fresh vegetables and stir fry a few minutes
add water (or fish stock), salt and frozen corn (or other vegetables)
Cook until the vegetables are soft and the flavors are blended (maybe more than 30 minutes)
add fish and herbs about 10 minutes before serving
when fish turns solid white, add milk (or cream if desired); don't cook long or hard after adding milk
Serve just when soup starts to simmer
