Directions:  
1, slice avocado and olives
2. fry or poach eggs, the way you like them
3. if you are using pinto beans, smash them and fry them to make re-fried beans
4. stack the plate...1st with the refried beans, put the eggs on top and then the cheese and cilantro. To the side add the avocado, jalapeno slices and whole wheat tortilla. Enjoy
