Directions:  
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Combine both ingredients inside a mixing bowl and blend until ingredients have formed.
Dump the dough and any flour that didn’t get incorporated onto a floured work surface. Shape and form the dough into a ball and cut the dough into 4 equal pieces. If not using the other 3 pieces save them for later to roll into bagels, donuts, pretzels, turnovers, or calzones.
When ready to bake whatever it is you plan on using the dough for use the time and temperature below OR check the post above the recipe for making pizza or pretzel bites.
Pretzel Bites or Bagels Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.
Pizza Bake pizza dough at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Bagels
Step One
Start with one batch of two ingredient dough.

Step Two
Cut the dough into six pieces.
Roll each piece into a long rope and then form a circle with the dough rope, pinching the ends together where they meet.
Place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Step Three
Brush with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning.

Step Four:
Bake at 475 for 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
Note:
Use these bagels to make Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel Sandwiches.

Pretzel Bites
1 batch two ingredient dough
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tbsp baking soda
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp pretzel salt
Naan Flatbread
1 batch two ingredient dough
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Breadsticks
1 batch two ingredient dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Garlic and Herb Bagels
1 batch two ingredient dough
1 egg white, beaten
1 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
Garlic Cheddar Rolls
1 batch two ingredient dough
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp parsley
Pizza Crust
1 batch two ingredient dough
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 1/4 cups shredded Italian cheeses
34 pepperoni
1 tsp oregano
