Today i ran 4 miles, and only took one break for me thats probably the farthest ive ever ran. My plan said i need to jog 8 miles! tomorrow but forget that i bearly made it to 4 miles i cant do 8....Yet. Im in soccer and have been for a while but ive have gotten out of shape lately so im hoping this will help my stamina and my self a steam.
