Today I did some strength training and some hip hop dance. Hip hop dance is so much fun and teaches you new dance moves. I will continue doing this the rest of the week and then starting next week will pick up doing some Zumba on top of the Hip Hop. Smaller waist and smaller dress pant's here I come.

I have been on this journey for 10 days now. Within the 10 days I have had up's and down's but I am finding it easier to keep close to my calorie goal. I keep on thinking summer is around the corner and by this time next year I will reach my goal and be 125 lbs. My short term goal is to lose 8lbs by the end of this month. Starting March 1, 2011 I'll be starting my next journey. I will be training for a 5k wish me luck!
