Trim chicken and cut into bitesize pieces. Chop vegetables small. Sautee carrots and celery in oil. Add onion and cook till translucsent. Add mushrooms and stir thoroughly. Add chicken to the center. Flip chicken to cook on all sides. Stir in the can of condensed soup. Boil pasta in plenty of water until done. Drain pasta and stir into soupy chicken dish.
