From the creator: Follow up to the flubbed CutCarbs Challenge-just track all your meals/snacks for 14 days, and try to focus on staying within limits on carbs. Sadly, Fitclick doesn't yet have to the capability to differentiate carbohydrate types, be they sugary, starchy, veggie dairy or fruits. Keep with in all your targets like the Nutrition 101 challenge and you are golden. Good luck tracking!
