Time for a Re-focus!

I was at 213 lbs a few years ago and with the use of fitclick got myself to 184.  I kept the lbs off for a couple years but then got lazy and stopped using fitclick and lost my motivation.   I was back up to almost 209 ant the beginning of  February.   I've now reset my stats and want to get back to where i was.  Im fighting the motivation though!!!  My job situation changed so I dont have the ability to make my fruit/spinach/protein smoothies that I make

Spring? are you out there?

 I have tried to continue my outdoor walks through this awful winter but sometimes its just too cold or snowy so I dont go as much (my dog keeps giving me that look of disappointment too!).   The icy sidewalks have caused me to hit the ground several times this winter! When it does warm up, the sidewalks are covered with huge puddles because the water has no where to go yet.   ...

We have to remember why we are here.  The points and the ranking might be fun, but its so insignificant to this!  Do whatever it takes to motivate yourself to be healthy!  the challenges motivate me.  Seeing the blue lines pointing down on my progress graph motivates me.
If the points motivate you, use that! Whatever it is use it.
A healthier lifestyle is the reason for all of this.
