About me: March 4, 2010 I was in the emergency room of the hospital with shortness of breath and an irregular heart beat because I weighed 397 pounds. I have lost 230 pounds by eating healthy and exercise. I now weigh 168 pounds, and I feel so much better. I know if I can lose it, so can you. Update: Becoming healthy has done wonders. I no longer take any medications for my heart. My blood pressure, my heart rate, my cholesterol, my sugar, etc. are all in the low ranges. Most of all I feel great. Update 11-15-11: I have gained 7 pounds of muscle which puts me at 175 lbs. I hope to gain 10 more pounds of muscle. Once I reached that goal, I will need to set some new goals.
