•  Fat: under 25% of calories (under 42 g)
•  Dietary Fiber: over 19 g
•  Cholesterol: under 300 mg
•  Sodium: under 2000 mg
•  Total Sugars: under 90 g
•  Vitamin A: over 3000 IU
•  Vitamin C: over 90 mg
•  Calcium: over 1200 mg
•  Iron: over 8 mg
•  Water: over 8 glasses
