Agility Ladder

Calories Burned:  1,225 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Using an agility ladder, sprint straight ahead touching every empty square with each foot.
2. Stop at the end and walk back.
3. Repeat for desired amount of sets.
