 This is an excellent stretch that targets the biceps as well as the chest and shoulders.

 1. Sit on the floor with your feet flat and knees bent about halfway.

 2. Position your arms just behind your hips with your elbows straight, palms flat, and fingers pointing back.

 3. Slowly walk your hands away from your hips until you feel mild tension in your biceps.

 4. Hold this position for twenty seconds.

 5. Walk your fingers back a few inches farther to increase the tension a bit more. You may also feel some mild stretching in your shoulders and chest. Hold this position for twenty to thirty seconds before releasing the stretch.
