Heavy Tire Pushups

Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
  1. Place hands on edge of large tire and do a pushup
  2. Walk with hands and feet along tire 90 degrees
  3. Do another pushup
  4. Repeat until you are back to the starting position (4 pushups)
