Leslie Sansone Deluxe Fat Burning 4 Mile Walk

Calories Burned:  544 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
This video includes 45 minutes of a FAST-PACED walk paired with a warm-up and a cool down that's at a slowly lower pace. 45 minutes in a "fat burning" range as per Leslie. It totals a FOUR-MILE, faaaaast-paced walk. She does high-low impact which includes jogging for intervals. There are knee lifts and side steps as well and arm movements are used to get and keep heart rate elevated for maximum fat burning results. There is a modified version to the workouts (one of the participants does not jog just in case the viewers at home cannot participate in a jog due to health/fitness level), but the modified version is still pretty tough so the heart levels do not drop.

As per Leslie Sansone, in another workout, she likens each mile to burn an AVERAGE 100 calories per mile. That is how I figured on the calorie burn for this workout.
