Instructions: 
There is no incline during this interval session.

Start off at a 2.0 mph for 2 min 55 sec (3min). At this point increase speed to 2.5 mph for 55 sec (4 min), increase speed once more 3.0 mph for 55 sec (5 min). At the 5 min mark...

Decrease speed to 2.5 mph for 2 min 55 sec (3min). At this point increase speed to 3.0 mph for 55 sec (4 min), increase speed once more 3.5 mph for 55 sec (5 min). Your now in 10 min. Repeat this section for a total 35 min.

Cool down: 3.0 mph for 55 sec, decrease speed to 2.5 mph for 1 min 55 sec, decrease speed to 2.0 mph for 2 min.
