Treadmill walk/jog with incline

Calories Burned:  763 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Note: This is a beginning workout designed to tone and build stamina and can be increased as needed.

1. Warm up for 1 min at 3.0 mph then go to 3.5 mph
2. At 3 min adjust incline to 1.0
3. At 5 min adjust incline to 2.0
4. At 7 min adjust incline to 3.0
5. At 9 min adjust incline back down to 1.0 and jog for one min at 5.0 mph
6. At 10 min adjust incline to 0 and cool off at 3.5 mph for one min
7. Final cool off for one min at 3.0 and stop

Recommended: Use 2-4 lb hand weights to increase toning and calorie burning.
