Wrist Circles

 This motion warms the wrist joint and increases circulation to the forearm muscles.

 1. Stand with your arms by your sides.

 2. Make a relaxed fist with both hands, and circle your hands through a comfortable range of motion for ten repetitions.

 3. Switch directions and perform another ten Wrist Circles
