Lost .5 pounds, slow but sure as I am so close. Great seeing those numbers come in.

Lost 4 lbs on Phase 1
Lost 4 lbs on phase 1, moved to phase 2, lets hope it keeps rolling.
Way to go for all the weight loss, so glad we can support each other on this site also.

Monday weigh in
Only lost .4 lbs for the week. My husband's birthday was this weekend so it was hard. But that's better than a gain.

I lost 1.8 lbs and i was absolutely terrible this week. Recorded each and every cheat though.

Totals for Week One
Adding up all the posts from this board topic and the group board, we have a total of 13 of us checking in this week, and a total net loss of 23.5 pounds. This week Genak and Debbie are joining the challenge, so there should be at least 15 of us checking in next week.

Great to see all the physically active fun stuff you guys have been doing!

I managed to lose 1/2 a pound this week. Not zooming progress, but I will take it, especially considering I some cheat days this week.
