In large resealable pastic bag or shallow glass container combine the first 9 ingredients. Add roast and turn to coat. Seal or cover in refrigerator overnight. Drain, discard the marinade. Grill roast covered over direct heat for 1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer read 160-170 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes efore slicing. Serves 8
