Description: This is a very simple dish for a busy schedule. It's a put it in the oven and forget it for an hour dinner.

Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings

thaw meat completely

Place pork chops in a 1 - 2 inch deep baking pan, make sure that they are not stacked on top of each other

pour spaghetti sauce over top of pork chops

Bake at 350ºF for one hour, test to make sure meat is fully cooked.

while meat is in oven, cook rice. you will need two cups of cooked rice, not two cups of uncooked rice.

Serve 5 oz. meat and 1/4 of sauce over 1/2 - 3/4 cups of rice with veggie of choice on the side, I prefer green vegetables with this recipe.
