Directions:  
combine ingredients in a blender (with a slow speed) or a food processor.
Begin chopping the almonds in the blender. Once you see the nuts broken up and no longer whole, alternate for 30 sec between slowest speed and a relatively faster speed. Every so often you will need to stop and use a spoon to mix it around. This process should take up to 15 mins or until the almonds have a smooth consistency with no chunks.
