Directions:  
1 Mix all ingredients except green onions and 2 teaspoons of olive oil
2. Marinade salmon in mixture for 30 min - 1 hr.
3. Place remaining oil in non stick pan and sear salmon for 2-3 min
4 Bake salmon at 350 degrees until done.
