Directions:  
Preheat oven to 425.
Oil cast iron skillet with ghee and put in oven
Combine dry ingredients- use vanilla coconut primal fuel, not chocolate
Combine wet ingredients.
Slice the apple thin.
Once oven preheats, add dry to wet, then pour into skillet and top with apples, cinnamon and 1 truvia.
Bake about 10 minutes. Top with maple syrup, pecans, whip cream
