Tortilla Soup

6  cups		homemade chicken broth
1  cup		cooked chicken, diced
1		medium onion
4  ounces		tomato sauce
20		tortilla chips
1  tablespoon		Fresh cilantro
1  tablespoon		Avocado Oil

Put the chicken broth and chicken meat in a dutch oven size pot, and warm.
Saute the onions in the oil until limp and add to the broth mixture. Continue warming. Add the tomato sauce to the mixture and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 30 minutes.

While cooking wash and mince fresh cilantro.

Ladle into bowls, add the cilantro and some of the tortilla ships. Serve with the remainder of the tortilla chips.

OPTIONAL: add a tablespoon of sour cream and diced avocado to bowl just before serving.
